Hi, I’m Ben 👋

I’m a growth leader, husband, coach, operator, and investor. Based in the Cotswolds, England.

I’m the Director of Growth at Omniscient Digital, where I lead the team working with enterprise B2B SaaS companies on growth, SEO and GEO. I’ve spent the last decade helping brands grow in ways that actually make sense, mostly by understanding people better.

What I’m doing now:

• Running growth at Omniscient: enterprise B2B SaaS, across SEO, GEO and content.
• Coaching execs, growth operators, and leaders 1:1.
• Backing and helping run a few boring, profitable businesses.
• Writing about organic growth and AI search.
• Volunteering with Community Kitchen Glos CIO, a Gloucestershire food-waste and food-poverty charity.

A few things I’ve done:

• Named one of a16z‘s 2026 Growth Engineer fellows – the first cohort.
• Employee #1 at Skale, where I led SEO and operations and helped grow the business to $3M in revenue.
• Built organic growth programmes for enterprise B2B SaaS brands including Amazon, Loom, and Notion.
